halogen blue tint lights?

most halogen lights that are 5000k from phillips and osram cost around £80 for full beam dipped and side lights. how come these are so cheap on ebay?! im looking for halogen bulbs that have blueish tint like you see on new bmw's.

They are just replacement bulbs for the Xenon lamps. If you want bright lights like Audi/BMW then HID converstion kit is what your after, i've just done mine and its 10 times better light than halogen
