Rhostrehwfa units

Hi

There is a few units behind Rhostehwfa's pub "Tafarn Y Rhos" up for rent ATM, and I was thinking of getting one because Im looking for somewhere to store me red car whilst I build that up to scratch.

Just wandering if anyone else wants to go halves with me? £200 a month I think it is, there's three of them available different sizes etc.

But yeah get in touch and we could possibly sort something out!

Me and the breadmaker have been thinking about it, it's more than two hundred man, I need to speak to Huw about it and the tenant to see if he will allow people to work on cars in there.

the small ones round the back of the big unit are 200 each but its a 1 car garage. the front ones start from 240 but will hold 2 with work space none of the front ones are available till febuary and ill hopefully get the number 1 one in feb as its occupied atm but the other two are full for a while (as i heard). although the owner was going to make the door bigger on that unit so might be alittle later than feb. but if ive moved out before then i wont need one as im looking for a garaged house

smallprint states they are for storage use only preety much if i read the terms right looked into it last year guys.

but no harm in asking about using it as a workshop my suggestion would be to get it on paper though as you would have to sign a contractual lease of atleast 6 months with them.

i know the guy and my dad's good mates with him he said working on cars is fine its the containers that are storage only
