rust remover!

does anyone know anyone who can repair my wing?
i've got a typical rusty wheel arch and want it sorted (properly) before it gets worse.

depending on your budget,theres a few i know.barton nicholls in llangefni,jand s racepaints in tregarth who i use or i know another,all depends on budget really

However much it costs is however much I'll spend on it.
It's a necessity so I don't mind how much it'll be.

That's what I was thinking, I've been looking on eBay & there's some quite cheap, it's just the cost of painting it afterwards unless I can get one the same colour.

J and S Tregarth are the dogs bollox : )

It would have to be the same colour other wise it could get expensive

Seen j and s racepaints today and they quoted £350-ish on new wing depending on colour ??????? I slapped my sill on a curb OOOOOUCH and need to sort that out now

I still need to go to body tech in Llandygai, my mate had a wing repair (what I need) and it cos him £120, hope you manage to get it sorted!! (without selling an arm or a leg!)

I have banged it back to shape lol might just smooth out the body and re-spray the whole car

out of curiosity wot age is the car as VWs have a 12 year anti corrosion warranty on them, so if its newer than a 51 plate it mite be worth checkin it out, and best of all its FREEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and a hell of a hassle to get them to do it! heard a few people had to hassle for months to get work done

M8 of mines got an A3 with the same 12 month warranty. took it to pentraeth automotive and they done it no questions asked

ive also heard of trouble getting vw to do the corrosion...

They apparently dont paint cars... and have numerous assesments
