North Wales Charity Car show

Hello and welcome to the restart of the former car show car mania.  This year we have managed to get a location for a car show for local + non locals to park up and admire other people’s cars this show will be open to rally/ race / modified and standard cars so don’t feel left out our main goal is to have a good day and make some money for charity.

There will be club stands available please contact the organiser with details of club and how many parking spaces would be needed

Outline schedule
7.00am gates open to show cars all cars must try and get there for 10.00am (passes must be shown if you have them)
9.00am public allowed in
12.00pm judges will start going around looking at all the cars for trophy’s
1.00pm trophy’s will be handed out
4.00pm show end
(on arrival and depart we have been asked to look after the school ground so for feature sakes please done wheel spin and handbrake on the fields lets show a little respect)

Entry fee;
As all money is going to charity and every little helps entry will be £5 per car into the show we will be charging members of the public to get in  adults £3 and children £1

So is there a "show and shine" or just club stands? cause if the judges have got to go around every car in every club stand they will never be done judging in an hour!

As for prizes i would scrap the loudest speakers and just have a best ice one.
Would also suggest having ten of the best trophy's for the top ten Cars of the show, or even top 5 to keep the costs of trophies down. A best engine and a best interior would be a good idea?

Yes a show and shineis there any car can come park up even if there not in a club just thaught that the car clubs would want to be together

All trophys can be changed new ones can be added or others taken off , just thaught loudest speaker one could be something the public could vote for on like an elimination loudest car win ill think more into it thats for youre input slim

Because its so close steve it would be rude not to have a stand for the boys. Anyone els fancy it? im going and wouldnt mind a stand. Dad sayd hes keen if theres a space.
