Polo 6n2 1.0E For Sale! Low Mileage

Up for sale is my Volkswagen Polo 1.0E 6n2 (2000 W Reg). First off I’ll start with the basic info, it has done 74k miles,. It has tax until February 2014 and MOT until July 2014. It is a 1 litre engine which means cheap tax (£77 for 6 months), cheap fuel (I calculated averages between 45-55mpg), cheap insurance which makes it an ideal first car or a cheap runabout/daily driver! The car has been well taken care of, only 2 previous keepers before me and the last was a lady owner. There is no service history before my ownership, however do not let this put you off as it starts first time every time without any hiccups, drives perfectly and it has never failed on me once. I have serviced the car myself with receipts to prove. I replaced the air filters, pollen filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, oil change and oil filter change. Also, I bought a new rear silencer as the old one was blowing quite a bit. The car failed its MOT back in July due to the full beam switch/stalk and one of the headlights not being able to adjust so I replaced these both with brand new ones at cost.

In terms of bodywork it is exceptional for a 13 year old car, there are a few stonechips however this is expected due to the motorway miles I have covered on the car. I give the car a full detail using a DA polisher to remove any defects in the paint such as swirl marks and scratches, only top quality Auto Finesse products are used. Since then it has always been washed correctly twice a week and topped up using a glaze enhancing polish before sealing the finish with Autoglym HD wax to protect it.

Now to the specifications, with it being the base model Polo of its time it didn’t have many features when I bought it however I have added a few things throughout the year of owning it. It now has the genuine VW cupholder/cointray unit, custom tailored car mats, gloss black dashboard trims, leather gear gaitor, genuine Climair wind deflectors, leather wrapped parcel shelf, black interior mirror, fully UK legal pressed metal numberplates and LED upgraded sidelights, interior light and numberplate lights. Also the sound system has been upgraded, it now has a Kenwood CD/Radio headunit with Sony Xplod Door speakers and also a fli sub and amp which will be included in the advert price.

Being a VW enthusiast it has been to many of the shows this season so I do have a lot more pictures of it available, the car was on displays before I have taken the modifications off, some of you guys might have seen it this year :)I do still however have some parts for sale that I can include at the right price. I have all the Polo GTI grills and splitter which I can fit to the car along with genuine front fog lights with the Audi TT style chrome headlight switch. I also have a set fo MK3 VR6 Leather seats that drop straight in. I have included pictures of how the interior looks with these seats and how the car looks with the GTI front.
