subs and amps

just need a single sub to put in a fake boot floor.
any ideas on good subs and amps ?

Whats your budget? What are you planing to doing with the rest of the system?

erm not too sure about a budget tbh and i haven thought about the rest of it haha

Personally I would get a good sub, set of front component speakers and a 4 channel amp to run everything from a decent head unit. Take a look at talkaudio.co.uk, one of the best car audio forums going!

Have you changed the original radio yet?

nope aint got the car yet lol just getting everything sorted before i get it...... thats the plan anyway haha

i think i might need a surround for the head unit seeing as its a mk5 golf i will check when i get it.
how hard it is to fit all new speakers in the front ?
