trouble whith mk4

need some help whith my missus nains golf he he!
its a 1.6 mk4 and she's complaining that the car jus wont start when its warmed up.
she also sais that she's been to regent and had it on the diagnostics whith no luck.
and its just had a new starter.
anyone got any ideas?

any more information, does it turn over and not fire or just not turning over?

turns over bt dont start, starts eventualy after about 5 turns of the key
