Mobile VAGCOM Scanning and Clearing

Orderd a MaxiScan handheld VAGCOM style code fault reader and clearer from t'ebay

Will do any VW/AUDI cars OBD2's from 1990 onwards

So if anyone has a fault/warning they want clearing give us a shout and i'll see what i can do

I'm not 100% sure if it lets you do adaptations yet but i'll update once i have it

Works like a dream,reads codes,tells you the fault anf give you the error cade

No adaptations sadly but still handy if anyones having issues

the wagen has a fucked cat converter and injector 2 is underfuelling

my please refuel light comes on everytime i start the car and it wont go off.. can you sort this?.. and accosionally when i use the screenwash button alot a light comes on and says top up washer fluid.. does this machine do that aswell? thanks

Tried putting some fuel in and adding more screenwash ;-)

hmm i have never come across a diagnotic tool that tells you that 1 of the injectors is underfueling

same here dyl, hellova scanner that fairplay...

i have full vag com that clears adapts logs and printoffs..... sorry martian

You around tomorrow morning martian? Thing my temp sensor has gone and my car feels sluggish, would like to get it scanned incase any problem codes come up

i mis-read the error,i just spotted "injector" and "below threshold"
Its actually my cold air pump into the CAT thats fucked along with Sensor bank 1 in the CAT

Hi mate got my car scanned today, no errors and got lock chirp enabled. If i need to scan again ill pm you-beer tokens of course

Haha lock chirp is awesome, unlocked the car when i refueled and everyone looked around to see what the car was. Spot on mate!

mine does it,i keep pressing it to piss people off when i'm in tesco

you go see Mike did you?He scanned mine at the alst meet to clear my exhaust warning light

Haha did you enable open and lock or just lock? Yeah went to see mike he found out my car code and pin for me too, for future coding. Couldnt enable mte and other features with vag tacho cause my clocks were bosch

the passat has it allready,well it did when i got it. Just the bleeps for locking

Might invest in an old crappy laptop to run VagTacho sometime soon TBH

Yeah it could be very handy, plus you could make a few quid if anyone needs anything done! Mike said that it works best with windows xp or something, could look on ebay for a bargain laptop, netbook or something small you could keep in your car

got the cable just need the laptop and software,something to look into on the weekend
