VW Crafter dash light

Hey guys,

Thought maybe some one could help, anyone know what this light means? Its on a VW crafter 2007, looks like a radiator or something similar, I know the picture is poor quality.

Unfortunatley it wont show anything on a basic OBD11 reader and VAG com doesnt connect to teh Crafters.

i had this light on a van in work,which i drove from blackburn,kept flashing sometimes,topped up all the fluids inc screenwash etc and its gone.ill have a look in the booklet if i remember.
