advice needed and help please

Hello all not been on for a while. iv bought a seat Inca 2002 sdi speed machine as a small project does anyone know how to flip a axle or lower the van on a budget has to be safe and is any one breaking a polo 6n red or a seat Ibiza need a front end,and is anyone breaking a golf mk4 need rear seat mounts and is there anyone who can weld them in properly so it doesn't look like bird shit ha ha thanks
