polo breadvan project price reduced *** or may break??

i have just purchased a new car so my trusted breadvan is up for grabs, its a mk2 facelift model j reg, pretty clean body wise some small marks as expected, 1 ltr 4 speed box, good tyres all round and the engine has only covered 52k!!
 
bad bits:
the clutch Thrust bearing is on verge of collapse
no MOT
no Tax
no coil pack (had to use it on my new polo)
 
im sure it wont require much for mot as i have serviced it regularly replacing parts when needed, and its a low miler.
